- General Comments and Suggestions - Submit a general comment that is NOT related to a particular case.
- Formal Case - Submit a comment on a formal case. To complete this process, you MUST reply to a confirmation email to confirm your identity. Once verified, your comment will be processed and added as an activity to the case.
